Sheri Hanratty has over 14 years of experience in Real Estate, her knowledge, experience and positive attitude make her a great asset to the team. She is responsible for running the day to day operation of the office as smoothly and efficiently as possible. As a licensed listing and escrow manager, she also coordinates the listing and follows the transaction throughout the escrow process, acting as the liaison between the buyers, sellers, appraisers, inspectors and agents, keeping everyone informed of every step taken. Her main objective is to ensure the most exposure possible while in the listing stage and a smooth closing once the properties go into escrow.
