As in prior years the purpose is not only to celebrate the Lunar New Year but to celebrate the Vietnamese-American community of Orange County centered in Little Saigon. The Vietnamese-Americans living in Westminster and the surrounding cities are the largest community of Vietnamese Americans outside of Vietnam.
