When we met to discuss selling our house I thought it would go like all the previous home I have sold. She pointed out how the market and process is much different today. We agreed to her listing plan & schedule. The next day we had the schedule in writing for the next week and half. We agreed to Stage the house, her team arranged everything, as our furniture was pretty old. And did not show the house at it’s best. Flooring, Paint, etc,, Everything was executed on schedule with no issues. It was basically Paint, new Carpet, move out our furniture, they move in their stage furniture, Pictures, Agree on listing details & amount, show on Sat & Sun, Monday review all offers, Tuesday counter to all, And Wednesday we would sign an agreement.
