What do we look for? What do we value?

A valid and up-to-date real estate license is required to be considered for this position.

While 3+ months of experience in real estate is ideal, we also welcome enthusiastic candidates who are just starting their journey in the industry.

Demonstrated understanding of current real estate trends and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Previous experience in customer service or real estate sales is preferred, as it will provide you with a strong foundation for success in this role

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Display excellent attention to detail when it comes to contract writing and review, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all documentation.

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team is a requirement, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Demonstrate persistence and resilience in overcoming challenges and working through difficult situations.

Exhibit good organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Possess a strong desire to continuously learn and grow, staying updated with industry developments and embracing new tools, systems, and technologies.

 

Compensation

$100,000 + DOE commission annually
